    TIPS FOR BEST RESULT:

    1.In order to ensure the curing results, we would suggest you to use the transparent molds.

    2.High intensity of UV light could reduce curing time.

    3.It’s recommended to use 36w UV light curing for 3-6 minutes, depends on the size you made.

    4.It’s not suitable for big size projects, more suitable for the size of jewelry.

    5.The curing time need to be extended if you mix with pigment dye.

    6.Doing dark products or large products need to be layered curing, single layer irradiation time about 1-2 minutes. After the last layer is finished, it needs to be exposed to ultraviolet light for 3-5 minutes. Ensure that the product is completely dry.

    7. UV resin can bear high temp up to 140℉, If the temperature is too high, the resin would be more harder and be yellowing.

    Eliminate Bubbles


    • Before using the hard UV resin, place it upside down to prevent air bubbles from escaping during extrusion.



    • Use a toothpick to concentrate the air bubbles on the surface of the resin, then puncture them with a pin.


    Fast Curing


    • It’s recommeded to use 36w UV light curing the front side for 3-6 minutes, curing the reverse side for 1-3 minute, depends on the size you made.



    • TIP: The curing time need to be extended if you mix with pigment dye.
